IMGS puts customers' needs first
The key to the success of IMGS is that we stay focused on the customer and the customer’s needs and deliver solutions to meet those needs. In the software business it is all too easy for people to get too focused on the technology and enraptured by its possibilities, losing sight of where it will be applied.
In just a few years, IMGS has built an enviable client base and reputation by delivering software solutions that enable the client to capture, manage and embed spatial data and engineering documentation into enterprise information systems and workflows.
In many cases, spending a long time in consultation with one customer gives birth to a solution which is easily adaptable to other clients with other needs.
Focusing on particular customer sectors – namely Local Government, Telecoms & Utilities, and Transportation helps IMGS to do this effectively.
Proof of this is a client list that extends to every single Irish local authority, eircom, BT Ireland, ESB Networks, the Dublin Region Water GIS, and the Irish Aviation Authority.

Lastly we can help you to respond to geographically dispersed incidents such as a network outage, burst water main or other emergency.”
